As soon as you click on “find out more”, your request will be sent to the bank immediately. As a potential customer, you can be rest assured that the bank will get back to you as soon as possible. We take every effort to work with only the most experience and customer oriented people in the business.

How updated are your rates?
The rates shown at SmartLoans are only indicative and are subject to changes by the respective banks without prior notice. On our part, SmartLoans updates the loan rates as soon as we receive notification from banks.

Do I pay a fee to use this service?
No, SmartLoans does not charge a fee for matching you with the banks on our network. The banks pay us a fee for referring you, but that fee is never passed on.

Am I obligated to work with the banks I am matched with?
No, you are under no obligation to close your loan with any of the banks we match you with. But we think you'll get a great deal (and fast) so we hope you will.

Why do you collect my email address?
SmartLoans collects your email address in order to identify you when you visit our site. We will never share or sell your email address to a third party and we will never send you any unsolicited emails or SPAM.
