What is SmartLoans?
SmartLoans.sg is a free online service that helps you to save time and money by comparing various loan packages available in Singapore that are relevant to your specific needs. 

What makes SmartLoans unique?
In a nutshell: We cover all banks and packages in Singapore. We don’t confuse you with financial jargon. We don't overload you with fancy marketing spiels. Most importantly, unlike other players in the market, the entire system is 100% automated, 100% transparent and 100% unbiased.

How does it work?
Take a minute to complete our wizard, which will guide you through the loan enquiry process and generate the relevant results based on your unique profile. At the results page, you can select the loan packages that you are interested in and click "Find out more". A SmartLoans representative will contact you within 1 working day (usually sooner) and guide you through the rest of the loan application process. Simple eh?

How updated are your rates? 
Whenever there are any changes to rates, promotions or packages, we're usually the first to know!  We then update the rates and information on SmartLoans almost immediately. However, we will still caution that the rates shown are only indicative and are subject to changes by the respective banks without prior notice. 

Do I need to pay a fee to use this service?
No, SmartLoans does not charge a fee for matching you with the banks on our network. This service is completely free for consumers because banks pay us a fee for referring clients to them.

Am I obligated to work with the banks I am matched with?
No, you are under no obligation to commit to any of the banks that we match you with. The decision is ultimately yours and we're only here to help ease that decision making process. If you have any concerns or questions about any of the banks, you can consult with our mortgage specialist who will advise you further. 

Why do you collect my contact information?
SmartLoans collects that information only so that our mortgage specialists and bankers can contact you should you indicate you wish to be contacted. Otherwise, we will never share or sell your email address to a third party and we will never send you any unsolicited emails or SPAM.
