What is SmartLoans?
SmartLoans is a free localized service that helps you to save time and money by comparing various loan packages available in today's market that are relevant to your specific needs.

What makes SmartLoans unique?

How does it work?
Take a minute to complete our wizard that will guide you through the loan enquiry process and generate the relevant results based on your unique profile. At the results page, you can select the loan packages that you are interested in and click "Find out more". The respective bankers will contact you within 24 hours and guide you through the rest of the loan application process. Simple eh?

How soon can I expect a response?
As soon as you click on “Find out more”, your request will be sent to the bank immediately, bypassing intermediate channels that would normally slow the entire process down. SmartLoans has dedicated bank representatives across all banks in Singapore that will respond within 24 hours, sometimes within the same day.

How updated are your rates?
Whenever there are any changes to rates, promotions or packages, our bankers update us before it even goes public so we have first dips to the latest information which we then update on SmartLoans. However, we will still caution that the rates shown are only indicative and are subject to changes by the respective banks without prior notice.

Do I need to pay a fee to use this service?
No, SmartLoans does not charge a fee for matching you with the banks on our network. The banks on the other hand pay us a small fee for referring you to them.

Am I obligated to work with the banks I am matched with?
No, you are under no obligation to commit to any of the banks that we match you with. The decision is ultimately yours and we're only here to help ease that decision making process.

Why do you collect my contact information?
SmartLoans collects that information only so that our bankers can contact you should you indicate you wish to be contacted. Otherwise, we will never share or sell your email address to a third party and we will never send you any unsolicited emails or SPAM.
